RETURNS POLICY:

Guardsman Barrier:

Due to the nature of the Guardsman and how it is installed we are unable to offer a refund once the Guardsman has been fully installed.
 
We can however offer a full refund prior to installation within 30 days of purchase provided the below are satisfied:
  • valid proof of purchase
  • product is in a re-saleable condition
  • product packaging is undamaged
  • all accessories are returned as new
 
In either case Image4 Security retains the right to ask that the customers sends photographic evidence of the product in questions.

All other products:

Distance selling regulations mean you can return a product for any reason and obtain a full refund, providing you inform us within 14 days of purchase and the following conditions are met:
  • You have valid proof of purchase
  • The product is in in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition
  • The original product packaging is undamaged

Where the product is damaged or faulty upon receipt, you may choose between refund and replacement and we will meet the postage costs.
If the product is simply unwanted, the product will be refunded less postage costs.
