Introducing the Guardsman Alarm System. Not only will the system shriek 130dB alarm at anyone who tampers with your Guardsman but the hub will also phone up to 3 key holders too. Sleep better at night knowing you have the ultimate security system on the market protecting your pride and joy.
HOW IT WORKS…
The alarm system comprises of a battery-powered hub and vibration sensor enclosed in a protective secure mounting. 1 x 130dB battery-powered siren and 2 x battery powered key fobs.
If the vibration sensor detects a disturbance, perhaps from someone tampering with your Guardsman barrier, it will silently trigger the hub before activating the 130dB siren. As the siren is shrieking the hub will then be secretly contacting up to 3 keyholders by telephone call (with a pre-recorded message) and/or by SMS alerting you to the disturbance.
The hub is armed and disarmed using the supplied remote control from up to 100 meters away.
CAN THIS BE RETRO FITTED TO MY GUARDSMAN GARAGE BARRIER?
YES. The Guardsman Alarm System can be retrofitted to your Guardsman garage security barrier giving you the ultimate garage or shed security system.
The alarm system is supplied with full fixings kit and installation instructions.
EASY PROGRAMMING:
The hub is very easy to program by using a small built-in keypad and following some very simple instructions.
POWER SUPPLY:
The hub is powered by 3 x Lithium AA Batteries which will last around 6 months in most applications. The siren is powered by 2 x Lithium AA Batteries and remote controls are powered by 1 x CR2 Lithium Battery. All batteries are included.
A weekly SMS report can be programmed to update you on the battery status.
SIM CARD:
Roaming (M2M) SIM Card included which is designed for use in alarms as it connects to the most significant networks within the area. The SIM is a monthly contract of £4.99 paid via direct debit directly to the operator, Geo SIM. This includes 20 SMS messages per month and 20 mins of voice call – plenty for the operation of the alarm system.
WEEKLY REPORT:
The hub can be programmed to send you an optional weekly status report via SMS to the primary key holder notifying you of alarm and battery status.
WEATHERPROOF:
The alarm system and all components are fully waterproof to IP66 rating.
