Next up we have the Datatool Evo alarm. The alarm is an easy to fit alarm system designed for motorcycles and scooters with a 12v battery. Using a sophisticated movement sensor, the Datatool Evo constantly monitors for signs of unauthorised movement, triggering the loud integrated siren when the movement exceeds the permitted level. The movement sensor can be adjusted via the remote control to one of three levels to customise the alarm to your preference. The Evo also monitors battery voltage, triggering the alarm if the voltage rises suddenly indicating the engine has been started unlawfully. It also provides visual notification of a low battery by reducing the flash rate of the deterrent LED.
If the worst were to happen the DNA marking kit provides the police with proof of ownership and makes it virtually impossible for thieves to sell on your pride and joy safely. It works by brushing thousands of microdots, which hold unique codes, onto various locations of your motorbike which can only be detected by a UV light and magnifying device, as used by the authorities. These unique codes are stored on Datatool’s secure database which can be accessed by the police for fast and efficient recovery.
In order to stop the bike from being taken in the first place, physical security is a must. The most likely form of attack on your garage is by attacking the door. Roller Shutter and Up & Over doors are often very flimsy and easily bypassed. As the first layer of defence, we include the Image4Security Garage Defender. The Defender sits on the outside of your garage door and prevents it from being opened. The simple sliding action is effortless to operate and so can be locked and unlocked in seconds. The design prevents grinder attack and the large cowl over the lock acts as both a handle and offers anti-drill protection. The Defender is available for both your Up & Over or Roller Shutter door and comes in either grey, black or white to match your garage door. It can also be keyed alike so that both your Defender and Guardsman barrier operate on the same key resulting in less hassle and less keys to carry.

To be coupled up with the Guardsman anchor point we recommend the Guardsman 2m short link chain. This chain comes in three different chain link diameters, 13, 16 and 20mm with each link being made from industry leading, carbon alloy metal. The carbon within the links makes grinding the chain incredibly difficult and prolonged. The chain is impervious to HSS hacksaw attacks with both the 16 and 20mm diameter chains being bolt cropper proof as the chain links are too large to fit within a manual set of bolt cropper teeth. Don’t worry the chain isn’t going to damage your bike wheels as it’s surrounded by our quadruple layered denier sleeve which has a double inner and outer stitch for extended longevity.
In order to lock your chain up we include the ZOVII alarmed padlock. The padlock features a solid zinc alloy body with 10mm stainless steel, high precision shackle. It also has a 120dB anti-tamper alarm built into the body which shrieks if tampered with by a would-be thief. This alarm can be heard up to 500 metres away so should alert you to the disturbance and scare off the thief. The easy push locking design allows you to lock the padlock at ease and all aspects of the lock have been made from anti-rust materials and all internal electronics are fully waterproofed (IP67).
