Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY:

Due to the nature of the Guardsman and how it is installed we are unable to offer a refund once the Guardsman has been fully installed. We are also unable to offer a refund if you have made any customisation to your Guardsman such as extending the telescopic arm or a custom paint choice.
We can however offer a full refund prior to installation within 14 days of purchase provided the below are satisfied:
  • valid proof of purchase
  • product is in a re-saleable condition
  • product packaging is undamaged
  • all accessories are returned as new
In either case Image4 Security retains the right to ask that the customer sends photographic evidence of the product in questions.

Distance selling regulations mean you can return a product for any reason and obtain a full refund, providing you inform us within 14 days of purchase and the following conditions are met:
  • You have valid proof of purchase
  • The product is in in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition
  • The original product packaging is undamaged
Where the product is damaged or faulty upon receipt, you may choose between refund or replacement and we will meet the postage costs.
If the product is simply unwanted, the product will be refunded less postage costs.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at suport@image4security.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address which you will need to return your item to. Please keep your receipt of postage and email this to us. Once your return has been received and processed, we will process refunds as necessary. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
